Update Signitic synchronization for Gmail

We recommend reactivating the synchronization of email signatures via the Signitic connector for Google Workspace.

Enable Signitic synchronization with Gmail

• In the menu bar, go to Settings (gear) > Connectors.

Activate the Google Workspace connector.

Make sure to enter the Google Workspace administrator's email address.

• Select the users to be synchronized.
  By default, user synchronization (for users listed in the Workspace account) and Gmail signatures are disabled.

• To enable signature synchronization in Gmail with the Signitic connector, select the … option in the “Synchronization options” section.

For your users

The change happens seamlessly for your users: their signatures stay up to date without them having to do anything.
