This guide is for users who want to use their Signitic signature in Apple Mail (Apple's default email app on Mac) or use an Outlook version without Microsoft 365.
If you use Apple Mail
You need to install the Signitic application on users' workstations. This application is also known as the “Agent.” It syncs the signature in Mail, the default email program on Mac. The application only needs to be installed once and will then automatically sync every change.

If you use Outlook (without a Microsoft 365 account)
You need to install or deploy the Signitic application on users' workstations. This application is also known as the “Agent.”
