You encounter contacts in Signitic Coral (ex. Mailtastic) in several places.
A contact is displayed in the form of the corresponding email address:
Example of a contact: max.mustermann@musterfirma.de
Contacts are grouped in a so-called target group. Via a target group, the associated contacts can be specifically addressed with certain campaigns (recipient-based campaigns) can be targeted.
If an account is assigned to a target group, which in turn has been assigned a campaign, the intended signature banner will be displayed to this account as soon as an employee writes an email to a member of the account.
Currently, you can import contacts through our CRM integrations such as the Signitic Coral HubSpot integration. In general, contact lists existing in your CRM are simply imported as contact target groups into Signitic Coral and regularly synchronized, ensuring that the Signitic Coral contact target group always reflects the latest state of your CRM contact list. You will find further details in the respective integration description.
If you create a new contact target group from a CRM target group, the contacts will be automatically synchronized in Signitic Coral. Further details can be found in the respective integration description.
Under the menu item "Recipients" -> "Contacts" you will find a list of all contacts managed in Signitic Coral. The list includes both contacts that belong to a target group and contacts that are currently not assigned to any target group.
Access the detail view of a contact to view the account's metadata. Depending on the source (CRM), different information may be stored for a contact. The information is transferred directly from the CRM.
Access the detail view of a contact to review the overall performance of a contact. The contact statistics are stored within the contact, even if the assignment to a target group is removed or the target group is changed. You can view recent clicks as well as the most popular campaigns for the contact.
If you no longer wish to track the interaction between the contact and Signitic Coral campaigns, you can either move contacts to a CRM list not linked to Signitic Coral, or permanently disable tracking via Opt Out. Simply select the "Opt Out" option to do so.
In the Performance Feed, you will find the latest activities related to your accounts.
Under the menu item Leads, you will find contacts that you are not yet managing in Signitic Coral, but who are interested in your campaigns and have clicked on at least one of your campaigns.
