In some cases, additional steps are required in addition to access rights in order for the Easy-Sync Client to work properly.
If synchronization does not start after installation or the signatures cannot be found in the desired program, please check the following:
Check chip type
Click on the Apple icon in the upper left corner and select “About This Mac.”
If you see an abbreviation with “M” and a number under “Chip,” your device has an Apple chip and requires additional settings.
Now open Finder and go to “Applications.”
Scroll until you find “Microsoft Outlook” and right-click on it.
Select “Info” from the list.
A window will open where you can check the box next to “Open with Rosetta” and then close the window.
Try syncing again.
Switch Outlook view
In some cases, it may be necessary to temporarily switch Outlook to the “classic” view so that synchronization can proceed successfully.
To do this, click on “Help” or ‘Settings’ (varies depending on the version) in the Outlook context menu (bar at the top) and select “Switch to legacy version.”
Confirm the action.
Outlook will now close and open in the “classic” version.
Confirm your email account and open the Mailtastic app.
Start a new sync.
Once this has been successfully completed, you can return to the modern version by clicking the “New Outlook” button in the top right corner, and the signatures should be synchronized continuously.
