Tip: Before you decide on a source, determine whether the required data is maintained in the source.
Do you organize your employees via Office 365? Perfect! Connect your Office 365 account to Signitic Coral to create your Office 365 users as Signitic Coral users, keep your Signitic Coral employee data up to date, and provide your employees with the right email siganets.

Do you organize your employees via G Suit (formerly Google Apps for Work)?
Perfect! Synchronize your G Suite account with Signitic Coral to import your G Suite users to Signitic Coral and centrally control, design and update your employees' Gmail email signatures from Signitic Coral.

If you do not use G Suite or Office 365, you can import employees to Signitic Coral via Signitic CoralAPI and Powershell script, synchronize them and, if required, also handle signature management. Please ask us for a personal consultation.
Of course, you can also import the directory data as CSV or EXCEL to Signitic Coral.
